How do I order?
Step 1: Add some item(s) into your Shopping Bag.
Step 2: Check out when item selection is completed.
Step 3: Log in your account.
Step 4: Complete order information.
Has my order shipped?
Check your order's status by clicking on "My Account / Order History" at the top right side of our site. Once your order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number.
How do I track my order?
For order tracking, simply visit "My Account / Order Status" on the top right of our website.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly, often within 24 hours. If you need to cancel, email us at care@backdropmemories.com as soon as possible, and we will try to cancel the order for you. But if your package has been shipped, printed by the vendor, unfortunately, your order can not be canceled. If you still insist on canceling your order, you would have to pay 25% of the order price for the printed item as cancellation fee.
